Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2026-28 § 14
Board to Promote Educational Publications
The Board, under the authority granted by SCR 3.090, may periodically oversee
the printing and distribution of reports, legal pamphlets, and other publications.
It may also sponsor and produce radio and television programs intended to
educate or inform both the legal community and the public. In addition, the
Board shall organize continuing legal education programs, seminars, and
institutes to support the interests of the bench and bar and to promote and
improve the administration of justice in Kentucky. The Board may allocate funds
as needed to cover these expenses.
