Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2026-03 § 1
Preamble
These rules establish the parameters for conducting mental health court.
Mental health courts require judicial oversight, case management, and support
through the Administrative Office of the Courts Department of Specialty Courts
and operate through collaboration with non-KCOJ entities to provide services
and/or service referrals.
