Order Approving Revisions in Clients' Security Fund Claim Limits

ORDER APPROVING REVISIONS IN
CLIENTS’ SECURITY FUND CLAIM LIMITS
Under SCR 3.820(13)(1), the Clients’ Security Fund Trustees and the
Board of Governors of the Kentucky Bar Association have proposed a revision
to the Clients’ Security Fund, introducing an adjustable claims limit. The Court
having considered this request and being otherwise fully and sufficiently
advised;
The Court ORDERS that the request to revise the Clients’ Security Fund
to an adjustable claim limit grid per respondent attorney is approved as
follows:
CSF 1 Assets at end of FY 2 Per Claim Limit Aggregate Limit
Below $1 Million $50,000 $150,000
Above $1 Million $75,000 $250,000
All sitting; All concur.
