Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2025-22 K
Any Defendant charged with an offense that is punishable by a fine only
(violations and traffic infractions) who has been assessed as a low,
moderate, or high risk for failure to appear or for new criminal activity shall
be released under this schedule; however, defendants charged with offenses
of Alcohol Intoxication or Drinking Alcoholic Beverages in a Public Place
shall be released in accordance with subsection B. of this Section.
