Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2025-02 7
“Electronic filing (eFiling)” means the electronic transmission to the court of
a document using the court’s electronic filing system, together with the
generation and publication of a notice of electronic filing in the electronic filing
system containing a hyperlink to the document. Sending a document to the
court or clerk via email or facsimile does not constitute “electronic filing.”
