Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2025-02 2
eFilers can electronically transmit documents to the court in a supported
case type even if the case was initiated through conventional filing. Service in
an action shall be in accordance with CR 5 and RAP 5 for all parties or other
persons entitled to service who have not consented to electronic service
through the eFiling system.
