Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2025-02 10
“Electronic service” means the transmission of an email generated by the
court’s eFiling system, containing an NEF and hyperlink to the document, sent
to a party who has consented to electronic service in accordance with Section
13(1) of these rules. Electronic service does not include service of process to
gain jurisdiction over persons or property or service of subpoenas. Electronic
service of documents is sufficient to provide service in accordance with the
Kentucky Rules of Procedure; no other service is required.
