Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2024-37 31
“Specialty court” means the generic term for a treatment court operated
under the umbrella of AOC Specialty Courts and does not refer to a
specific type of treatment court, such as drug court, veteran’s treatment
court, or mental health court.
