Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2024-37 23
"Kentucky Specialty Courts Quality Assurance and Fidelity Model”
means the AOC Standard utilized by Specialty Courts certification staff
to ensure a drug court encompasses the ten key components contained
in Section 3 of these rules and operates within the standards of a
specialty court.
