Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2024-07 § 16
Oath
The master commissioner shall take an oath that he or she will faithfully and
honestly discharge the duties of his or her office. The oath shall be administered by
the circuit judge and a copy shall be filed in the office of the circuit court clerk.
