Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2023-15 BCR 5.2
Posting of Opinions and Dispositive Orders
The Business Court Docket judges are encouraged to post all substantive
opinions on the Business Court Docket website maintained by the
Administrative Office of the Courts. Opinions posted to the Business Court
Docket website shall not be cited or used as binding precedent in any other
case in any court of this state.
