Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2023-15 BCR 4.5
Case Management Order
The Court will enter a Case Management Order, addressing issues
developed in the Case Management Report and at the Case Management
Conference, as well as any other issues the Court deems appropriate. Any
party may move to modify the terms of the Case Management Order on a
showing of good cause but may do so only after consultation with all other
parties.
