Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2023-15 BCR 4.4
Case Management Conference
The Business Court Docket judge shall schedule and conduct a Case
Management Conference within 60 days after the Case Management Meeting.
All counsel will be required to attend the Case Management Conference. The
Business Court Docket judge also may require representatives of each party to
attend, either in person or remotely. Unless otherwise ordered, the Court will
not hear substantive motions at a Case Management Conference.
