Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2022-65 7
“Electronic filing (eFiling)” means the electronic transmission to the court of
a document using the court’s electronic filing system, together with the
transmission from the court of a notice of electronic filing containing an
electronic hyperlink to the filed document. Sending a document to the court
via email or facsimile does not constitute “electronic filing.”
