Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2022-65 11
“Electronic signature” means the electronic symbol “/s/ typed name”
attached to or logically associated with a document and executed or adopted by
a person with the intent to sign the document. The term may also include an
electronic image of original handwritten signatures.
