Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2022-65 10
“Electronic service” means the electronic transmission of documents to a
party via the court’s eFiling system. Electronic service does not include service
of process to gain jurisdiction over persons or property, or service of
subpoenas. Registration with the eFiling system constitutes consent to
electronic service of all documents as defined in these rules. Electronic service
of documents is sufficient to provide service in accordance with the Kentucky
Rules of Procedure; no other service is required.
