Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2022-11 XVIII
SCR 3.165 Temporary suspension by the Supreme Court
Section 5 of SCR 3.165 shall read:
5) Within twenty (20) days from the date of the entry of the order of
temporary suspension, the attorney shall notify all courts or tribunals
in which the attorney has matters pending and all clients in writing of
his/her inability to continue to represent them and shall furnish
copies of all such letters of notice to the Director.
