Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2022-08 Rule 99.10
Agreement
New Rule 99.10 shall read:
If an agreement is reached during the mediation conference, it shall be reduced
to writing and signed by the parties. The parties shall be responsible for the
drafting of the agreement, although the mediator may assist in the drafting of
the agreement with the consent of the parties.
