Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2021-36 Regulation 102.1
Any justice, appellate judge or trial judge or organization affected by an adverse
decision of the Commission may appeal by filing a written petition with
supporting materials with the Supreme Court. The Commission, at its
discretion, may be represented by one of its members.
