Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2020-73 § 23
Foreperson of Grand Jury; Oath to Witness(es)
The grand jurors shall elect one of their members to be foreperson. The
foreperson shall administer an oath to each witness who testifies before the
grand jury, substantially as follows:
“Do you swear or affirm that you will tell the truth, the whole truth, and
nothing but the truth?”
