Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2020-73 § 21
Release of Juror from Grand Jury Service and Retention as
Petit Juror
If a juror selected is incapable of serving as a grand juror but capable of serving
as a petit juror, the judge may, for good cause shown, release the juror from
grand jury service and retain that juror as a petit juror.
