Order Appointing a Member to the Coalition for Court Access
The Coalition for Court Access acts as a legal aid organization that develops and
implements a statewide plan to improve the availability and quality of access to civil legal
services for people of limited means. The Court appoints members to the Coalition from areas
of practice and the bar under Indiana Administrative Rule 4(C)(6)(a). Members serve three-year
terms that begin on July 1 of the year of appointment, with a maximum of two terms. Ind.
Administrative Rule 4(C).
On June 1, 2026, Amy Dudas stepped down from the Coalition. The Court thanks Ms.
Dudas for her dedication and service.
To replace Ms. Dudas, the Court appoints Laurie Dircks Goggins of the Indianapolis
Legal Aid Society, Inc. to serve on the Coalition for the remainder of Ms. Dudas’s term. Ms.
Goggins’s initial term will therefore end on June 30, 2028, at which point she will be eligible to
serve an additional two consecutive three-year terms. Admin. R. 4(C).
