Order Appointing Members to the Commission for Continuing

Legal Education

The Commission for Continuing Legal Education, among other duties, is responsible for

the administration of continuing legal education for judges and attorneys. The Court appoints

Commission members under Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 29(4)(b).

Two Commission members, the Honorable Terry C. Shewmaker and Dr. Elizabeth R.

Osika, recently completed their respective terms. The Court thanks Judge Shewmaker and Dr.

Osika for their dedicated service. To replace them, the Court hereby appoints Joshua A.

Claybourn and Mary Kay Hudson to the Commission for terms commencing on September 30,

2026 and ending on June 30, 2031, or when their successors are appointed.
