Order Appointing Members to the Committee
on Rules of Practice and Procedure
This Court created the Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure to conduct a
continuous study of the Indiana Rules of Court. The Court appoints members to the Rules
Committee under Indiana Administrative Rule 4(C)(5). Members serve five-year terms that
begin July 1 of the year of appointment and may serve no more than two terms. Members
appointed to fill a vacancy in an unexpired term serve the remainder of that term.
Committee member Crystal Rowe will have served two five-year terms as of June 30,
2026. The Court thanks Ms. Rowe for her dedicated service. To replace her, the Court appoints
Carly Brandenburg to an initial term beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2031.
The Committee also has a vacancy due to the resignation of former member Jennifer
Culotta. The Court thanks Ms. Culotta for her dedicated service and appoints Mark Leeman to
serve the remainder of her term, which expires June 30, 2027.
