Order Appointing Member to the Board of Law Examiners
The State Board of Law Examiners, among other duties, is responsible for administering
the bar examination to applicants for admission to the Indiana bar, certifying legal interns, and
approving and renewing professional corporations, limited liability companies, and limited
partnerships engaged in the practice of law. Pursuant to Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule
9, this Court appoints members to the Board.
Amy Noe Dudas recently resigned from the Board due to her relocation out of state. The
Court thanks Ms. Dudas for her dedicated service and hereby appoints Benjamin N. Bailey to
the Board for the remainder of Ms. Dudas’s term, ending on November 30, 2028, or until his
successor is appointed.
