Order Appointing and Reappointing Members
to the Coalition for Court Access
The Coalition for Court Access acts as a legal aid organization that develops and
implements a statewide plan to improve the availability and quality of access to civil legal
services for people of limited means. The Supreme Court appoints members to the Coalition
from areas of practice and the bar under Indiana Administrative Rule 4(C)(6)(a). Members serve
three-year terms that begin on July 1 of the year of appointment, with a maximum of two terms.

On June 30, 2025, the terms of service will expire for the Honorable Charles K. Todd, Jr.,
Wayne Superior Court, and Jean Blanton, Americas Magnera Corporation. The Court thanks
Judge Todd and Ms. Blanton for their dedication and service.
To replace Judge Todd, the Court appoints the Honorable Catherine Stafford of the
Monroe County Circuit Court to serve the Coalition as a member of the trial court. To replace
Jean Blanton, the Court appoints Amy Dudas to serve the Coalition as a member of a pro bono
organization. Their terms will begin on July 1, 2025, and end on June 30, 2028.
Additionally, the Court reappoints Jon Laramore, Indiana Legal Services, Inc., Adam
Mueller, Indiana Justice Project, and Kerry Hyatt Bennett, Indiana Coalition Against Domestic
Violence, to the Coalition as members of a state-wide civil legal assistance organization. Each
shall serve terms that end on June 30, 2028.
