Release of Judgment

1050.10 Release of Judgment. Upon Defendant's payment of the judgment together

with interest and costs in full the plaintiff shall, upon receipt of said funds, promptly release the

judgment. Should the Plaintiff fail to release the judgment the Court may order the judgment

released.
