Sharing Information
SHARING OF INFORMATION
The Department of Child Services and the Probation Department shall freely share and
exchange information, including documents, with each other concerning a child or family, upon
request, regardless of the status of the case. Information deemed confidential shall be treated as
such by the recipient.
