Agreement with Court Date Pending

LR64-FL00-2912. Timely Notification to Court of Agreement. In all

proceedings where a court date is pending and the parties reach an agreement between

themselves, the parties shall notify the Court in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in

sanctions being imposed against either or both parties and/or their attorneys.
