Ind. Porter Cnty. Local Rule LR64-CR00-4900
Failure to Appear
If a defendant fails to appear before the Court when summoned or otherwise ordered by the
Court to appear, the Court may summarily issue a warrant for the defendant's immediate arrest and
appearance before the Court.
