TRIAL

The Court shall control the trial calendar. The prosecuting attorney may advise the Court

of facts relevant in determining the priority of cases on the trial calendar. Thirty (30) days prior

to trial or such other dates as the Court may fix, the Court may order the defendant to appear and

confirm his/her plea and desire for trial of the cause.
