Required Findings for Default Judgment
Before entering a default judgment, the Court shall make the following specific findings:
1. The Court has jurisdiction over the Defendant(s) and that the requirements of SCR 3(D) have
been met.
2. The Plaintiff has complied with Ind. Trial Rule 9.2.
3. The Defendant(s) is not a member(s) of the United States Armed Forces in accordance with
the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
