Ind. Marion Cnty. Small Cl. Local Rule LR49-SC00-707
Availability of Interpreter Services
Upon a showing that a party has limited English proficiency to understand and/or effectively
participate in the proceedings, the Court shall provide a certified interpreter at no cost to the party.
The Court shall provide an American Sign Language interpreter at no cost to parties with hearing
disabilities.
