REFERENCE MATERIAL

1. Sufficient copies of these Rules, the Indiana Small Claims Rules, the Small Claims Litigant’s

Manual and the brochure entitled Rights and Responsibilities shall be available at the Court.

The above materials shall be in English and Spanish. The Court may supplement the above

materials as it sees fit.

2. The Circuit Court shall be responsible for making the above materials available to locations

other than the Small Claims Court. These locations include, but are not limited to, the

Court’s website and Indianapolis Marion County Public Library branches.
