Dismissal of Plaintiff’s Claim
Upon the failure of a Plaintiff to appear at the initial hearing or at a trial on the merits, the cause may
be dismissed without prejudice, provided that the dismissal may be with prejudice if the same cause
of action was previously dismissed for failure to prosecute or was voluntarily dismissed by the
Plaintiff. Further, default judgment may be entered in favor of Defendant on any counterclaim.
Adopted Oct. 15, 2012, effective March 1, 2013.
