Access to Court Files

Court files shall be under the control of the Court at all times. To facilitate trial preparation and/or

negotiations, the Court may allow a party or its counsel to review or possess on the Court premises

one or more files for a short period of time before and after the session and during the session. The

opposing party shall have reasonable access to the file when in the possession of the other party.
