As of July 1, 2018, Marion County Small Claims Courts are Courts of Record. Therefore, any cases

filed on or after that date shall be appealed to the Indiana Court of Appeals pursuant to the Indiana

Rules of Appellate Procedure and IC 33-34-3-15.1.

Adopted Oct. 15, 2012, effective March 1, 2013; amended July 1, 2018.
