Court’s Jurisdiction Pending Docketing in a New
COURT
Nothing in these rules shall be construed as divesting the Court of jurisdiction to hear matters arising
between the date of filing of a Motion for Change of Venue and the date the case is docketed in the
receiving Small Claims Court.
Adopted Oct. 15, 2012, effective March 1, 2013; amended July 1, 2018.
