Conduct of Attorneys Pro Hac Vice
Local Counsel must appear on behalf of his client when an attorney admitted pro hac vice plans to
participate at a hearing or trial. Trial counsel admitted pro hac vice and Local Counsel are required to
attend any Final Pre-Trial Conferences scheduled for cases to which they have been admitted, unless
the trial counsel admitted pro hac vice has received leave of Court not to attend the final pre-trial
conference.
