Case Management Conferences
A case management conference shall be held in every contested family law matter requiring one day or
more of trial time, or as ordered by the Court. Marion Circuit and Superior Court Civil Division Rule 16.1
shall apply in all respects. In addition, the case management order shall set forth stipulated and contested
issues to be considered. The joint case management order shall be submitted at least 60 days prior to the
hearing, unless an extension is granted after request by the parties. If there is no case management order
timely filed, the hearing may be vacated by the Court.
