Service - Law Enforcement

Service of a subpoena may be made upon a law enforcement officer, by delivering the

subpoena to the officer's place of employment. A copy of the subpoena shall be left with

the official in charge of the department. It shall be the duty of the official to immediately

deliver the subpoena to the officer being served. Service in this manner shall be deemed

service on the officer.
