Service Upon Judicial Officers
In addition to serving the judge with a separate copy of motion to correct error pursuant to Ind.Trial
Rule 59(C), parties filing motion to correct errors shall also serve the Magistrate or Commissioner
with a copy of the motion to correct error if a Magistrate or Commissioner recommended and signed
the final judgment or appealable final order at issue. Non-compliance with this Rule shall not be
grounds for forfeiture of any post-trial, post-judgment or appellate rights.
