Affidavit of Debt/attorney Fees in Default Judgments

On all default judgments relating to commercial cases plaintiff or his counsel must submit an

affidavit of debt signed by the plaintiff and an affidavit in support of attorney fees requested by

counsel, signed by plaintiff’s counsel. The affidavit for attorney fees shall set forth the number

of hours spent on the case and the hourly charge.
