Interrogatories
A. Number Limited. Interrogatories shall be limited to a total of 25 including subparts and
shall be used solely for the purpose of discovery and shall not be used as a substitute for the
taking of a deposition. For good cause shown and upon leave of Court additional interrogatories
may be propounded.
B. Answers and Objections. Answers or objections to interrogatories under Rule TR 31 or
33 shall set forth in full the interrogatories being answered or objected to immediately preceding
the answer or objection.
C. Duplicated Forms. No duplicated forms containing interrogatories shall be filed or
served upon a party unless all interrogatories on such forms are consecutively numbered and
applicable to the cause in which the same are filed and served.
