Ind. Marion Cnty. Civ. Local Rule LR49-TR00-220
Exhibits
All models, diagrams, documents, depositions, or material placed in the custody of the Court
Reporter as exhibits shall be removed by the parties offering them in evidence, except as
otherwise ordered by the Court, four months after the case is decided unless an appeal is taken.
At the time of removal, a detailed receipt shall be given to the Court Reporter and filed with the
cause. If not removed after four months, the Court Reporter may dispose of them without notice.
