Attorney Fees

In General. Attorney fees may be awarded in a case if there is a written agreement for payment of attorney

fees, or if based on legal authority such as a statute or case law. The amount of an attorney fee award shall

be subject to the sound discretion of the Court. A request for an award of attorney fees at trial or as part of

a default judgment shall include evidence as to the amount of the fees. Evidence of the amount of attorney

fees shall either be in the form of an affidavit signed by the attorney, or testimony by the attorney under

oath.
