Fees of Attorneys and Fiduciaries

607.15. Approval

Fees paid to fiduciaries and to attorneys in the administration of a supervised estate or guardianship shall

be reported to the Court with Motion on Final Account and such fees shall be subjected to approval by the

Court at that time. No attorney or fiduciary fees will be determined or authorized for payment by the

Court in any unsupervised administration of a decedent’s estate.

607.2. Order on Closing

Even if not statutorily required, the Court may enter an Order approving the Closing Statement although

an Order is not needed since such estate is closed by operation of law.
