Intent and Scope of Fee Schedule

The Courts adopt the following schedule of fees for referrals to offset the costs of court services and to

reduce the burden on the County taxpayer. The Courts find that the following rules establish a reasonable

schedule of user fees for the Courts of Elkhart County. Fees charged are stated in the Elkhart County

Courts Administrative Rules: Fee Schedule

901.1. Probation Fees, Problem Solving Court Fees, Pretrial Release Fees, GPS and House Arrest Fees,

and Other Miscellaneous Fees: Fee Schedule

901.2. Transfer Fees

Transfer fees shall be payable to the Clerk of the Court as follows:

B. Intra-State probation transfer fee Fee Schedule

C. Inter-State probation transfer fee Fee Schedule
