Ind. Elkhart Cnty. Local Rule LR20-AR00-203
Court Files
No paper Court file nor any part thereof may be removed from the custody of the Court Clerk by any
person, including any attorney or Judge of this or any other Court, except upon authorization by the
regularly presiding Judicial Officer to which the case is assigned and then only upon such terms and
conditions as may be provided by the Judicial Officer in the Order for authorization.
