Appellate Records

When an appeal is initiated by the filing of a Notice of Appeal pursuant to Appellate Rule 2, Indiana

Rules of Appellate Procedure, and a transcript of all or any part of the evidence is sought for the record on

appeal, the party or counsel filing the Notice shall electronically deliver a copy of the Notice to the Official

Court Reporter, shall advise the reporter Official Court Reporter of the deadline for preparation of the

record, and shall arrange to pay the Official Court Reporter for the preparation of the transcript.
